Dr. Ashish Arora was the visionary founder and Managing Director of HR Anexi, establishing the firm in 2007 as a strategic human capital consulting organization. With deep expertise in organizational development, talent management, and business transformation, he built HR Anexi into a trusted partner while also co-founding Mentoria, an innovative platform that has impacted millions of young professionals in career development.
